Oolong tea
Oolong or semi-green teas have their place between green and red teas, much like rosé wine does between white and red. The processing is among the most refined and requires the experience of several generations. Farmers work with many cultivars, oxidation, roasting, ageing and many years of archiving, which offer endless variations of flavours and aromas. Oolongs can be greener or darker in the cup, but always attractive, rich and multi-layered. They are suitable for festive moments and enjoyment with all the senses. And also for home archiving, which we are happy to advise you on.
