Green tea
Green is the colour of spring, the strength of which farmers try to imprint in our cups. In the spring, the best green teas are harvested, which taste most like freshly picked tea leaves. Their speciality is freshness, which, however, does not last long, so it is best suited to celebrate the coming of spring and the new tea season, similar to St. Martin's wine in autumn. Due to their cooling effect, they excel in fighting off the heat of summer. That's why people in Southeast Asia drink them literally every step of the way.
