White tea
Even in tea, white symbolizes delicacy and purity. So don't expect fireworks of aromas, but rather a gentle caress with notes of dried herbs, a soft expression and an endlessly sweet aftertaste. White teas are the least and at the same time the most artisanally demanding. Their processing involves a minimum of steps, which, however, must be done with precision and skill. And since the farmer cannot adjust the style of processing to the harvest, much of the quality depends on the weather. White is the only tea that does not go through intense heat treatment, so you can say that they are "raw", and thus retain many unique substances. They mature over the years, both in taste and aroma and in the effect for which they are highly valued.
