Deep, robust aged Sheng Puerh with a full and intense bittersweet flavour and the scent of citruses with a long refreshing aftertaste.

One of our favourite old-tree Puers from the gardens deep in the heart of the evergreen mountains of Jing Gu. The terroir of the east bank of the Lancang (Mekong) River manifests itself in the cup with a sweet, oily taste that resembles teas from the Six Famous Tea Mountains (Yiwu and others). It is interesting to compare it with the 2021 vintage, which has the distinct sweetness and bitterness still separated, whereas the 2018 model already has them harmoniously woven together. The power of old trees is evident in the powerful energy that is felt throughout the body.
