Eloquent captivating red tea with a rich, elegant taste and aroma reminiscent of exotic flowers, fruit, honey and an endless multi-layered aftertaste.
It is harvested in beautiful gardens at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level, surprisingly in Yunnan Province, Shuangjiang District from the Ruan Zhi oolong variety just like our New Oriental Beauty. The attribute Guifei, translated as "Concubine", means that the tea bushes were bitten by small insects before harvesting. The tea plants defend themselves with specific aromatic substances that give the teas a unique, rich, sweetly honeyed aroma.
