GABA
Taiwan Songboling Sijichun GABA Oolong 2026
Strongly - almost to the edge of black tea - oxidized Gaba oolong with an oily texture, a slightly sweet-sour taste and aroma of butter cookies, jam, overripe greengage and hibiscus, with a hint of honey and spice, and a long tangy and zesty aftertaste.
The gardens in the Songboling area, from which the tea comes, are left in a completely wild regimen, growing totally naturally, and only occasionally are weeds plowed into the soil. This natural and clean farming provides this GABA oolong with a beautiful and pristine character, very pleasant in the mouth- and bod-feel.
